Refund policy

We only entertain order queries be it size exchanges or returns (only due to damaged products) within 24/48 hours of delivery.

We do not entertain any returns until and unless you receive a damaged product from the brand. Only size exchanges are allowed within 24/48 hours of delivery of the shipment.  

If a return request is accepted due to wrong or damaged product, refund will be processed in 24/48 working hours to the original payment method. Payment may take upto 7 working days to be credited to original payment method

In case of exchange, once accepted by the team the exchange product will be picked up by our courier partner and shipped to our warehouse for quality check. Once satisfied, the desired size of the product will be shipped to the same customer address mentioned in the order details. Exchanges take upto 10-15 days, so kindly keep this in mind while requesting an exchange.
